Our venue was on my very short list of places to check out. It was close enough to NJ for our guests and I was quickly blown away by the view! I really loved the fact that we're the only couple using the facilites and their food choices looked really great.

Menu

We finalized our menu at 11 weeks out! I know they say that you barely get to eat at your reception but I know our guests certainly will!!!

Cocktail Hour
A wide variety of passed appetizers and cold displays, plus these stations:
Pasta Station
With Penne ala Vodka, Bowties Bolognese and accompaniments
Carving Station
New York Style Pastrami
Smoked Black Forest Ham
Scampi Station
Shrimp, Scallops & Chicken in a scampi sauce
Dumpling Station
Steamed and fried vegetable and pork dumplings
Sushi Station
Danny's must have add-on: assortment of sushi!

Dinner
Appetizer
Fresh mozzarella stuffed with basil, roasted red peppers and tomatoes

Salad
Mesculin, seven leaf salad with currants, chopped walnuts and a burgundy vinaigrette

Entrees

Prime Rib
Chicken Saltimbocco
Pan Seared Salmon
Seasonal Vegetarian Option upon request

French & Italian Pastries, Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Wedding Cake!


Cake!

A buttercream cake is included as our package. While we haven't decided our flavors yet, I'm pretty sure we want an alternating design to add some depth.

My very first DIY!! Ordered the topper from CrafyEddy (great experience). I bedazzled it myself with some rhinestones. Excuse the bad picture!
